Reservation policy

• Arrival time to be defined at the time of reservation | Departure time 11h00

• 25% deposit to validate your reservation 

• Payment of the balance in cash is in Euros 

• Payment of the balance by credit card: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express

• The tourist and accommodation tax is included in the price

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, we thank you for informing us.

We will reimburse your deposit if your cancellation is made within the following deadlines:  

• Stays up to 3 nights: deposit refundable 5 days before the arrival date 

• Stays from 4 nights: refundable deposit 7 days before the date of arrival 

• If you cancel outside of these deadlines, please understand that the deposit will be due.
